Girls! I signed up as the "attacker" for a women's self defense class. . ?
I don't think it would be that painful, but do you think i'm going to need protection like a helmet or any other pieces of protection of the ladies in the class?
Questions for Girls?
I'd imagine they'd provide you with one. Good luck!!
Reply:I;ve actually taught such a class
You;ll need a cup (groin protector)
any other protective gear would beat the purpose of you trying to portray an attacker on the street
Have fun with your role.
Reply:Ask the instructor if you will need to bring any extra protection %26amp; hope you dont end up with somone with a grudge.
Reply:the same goes for girls and guys, get shin/forearm/fist/feet/stomach/chest/hel... a knee brace when in tae kwon do, hapkido or any other sort of martial arts like that
but if you are in a MMA type class its best to only use shin/helmet/fist/and feet protection since you need to move a LOT
but since you are the attacker in the class just get proper arm/leg protection with at least 1.5 inch padding
Reply:Absolutely. Protect yourself the best you can. They should have a suit for you to don during this class. In law enforcement self defense tactics class it is referred to as the red suit.
