Girls! I signed up as the "attacker" for a women's self defense class. . ?
I don't think it would be that painful, but do you think i'm going to need protection like a helmet or any other pieces of protection of the ladies in the class?

No, not at all. Girls are sweet, pleasant creatures they don't bite!.
You'll be fine.
Reply:if you do- the class usually supplies it. if you are still unsure then ask the instructor. but in self defense practice they are trained not to hurt the person they are practicing on--- the most i think you have to worry about is a few bruises
