Question for Girls?

Girls! I signed up as the "attacker" for a women's self defense class. . ?





I don't think it would be that painful, but do you think i'm going to need protection like a helmet or any other pieces of protection of the ladies in the class? Oh and for some reason the female instructor said i gotta wear bubble wrap in the umm groin section :-

Reply:the bubble wrap is probably more for the satisfying "bup" sound it makes when it is snapped; the ladies in action may or may not hurt you. regardless, you might invest in an athletic cup.
