What is the proper protocol for winking at the Queen? I want to make sure that my President didn't embarass US by not winking at her with the proper protocol. I don't want to be embarassed like when he tried to grab the German Prime Ministers breasts and she used one of those anti-rape moves that they teach in a women's self defense class on him. He should have followed proper protocol and tried to grab her arrse instead.

I think you'll find there is no proper protocol for winking at The Queen for the simple reason that one shouldn't do it!
