Are there any particular areas that these girls are going to be attacking that I should worry about getting hurt? I don't think their attacks should hurt that much because there just women.

Reply:Generally they put you in full body gear. If they don't then, yes, you should worry about getting hurt. At minimum I would suggest wearing a cup - most self defense classes are all about exploiting weak points.

Reply:If their "just women", why are you asking? Anyway, they make you wear a padded suit. Don't worry about it and thanks for helping out.
Edit: My friend took a self-defense course and they instruct you NOT to go for the family jewels because that is what is expected and can be countered easily.
