Girls! I signed up as the "attacker" for a women's self defense class. . ?

I don't think it would be that painful, but do you think i'm going to need protection like a helmut or any other pieces of protection of the ladies in the class?

I would think that they'd supply you with a helmet and proper protection, but I'd wear your own cup just in case.
Reply:From what I've seen in movies and such, they give you padding for the outside of your clothes...but on the inside, you might wanna bring your own gear.

Talk with the instructors, they should have the padding available to wear during class.
Reply:They should give you a padded suite and helmet. Bring a cup.





If nothing else this should expand your understanding of female rage.


Make sure your heath insurance is paid up ... if that class has any rape victim's you will get a whole new understanding of the word vengeance.
